Born from experience, built for impact

From day one, we’ve been about more than just training. We’re about partnership, trust, and creating smart, human solutions that make technology less of a headache and more of a strategic advantage. That’s what’s kept us going since 2008, and it’s what continues to shape our mission today.

Back in 2008, Dori, our CEO, was working as an IT Training Manager at a growing law firm. Juggling high project demands, onboarding new starters, and rolling out a new document management system, she needed reliable external support—resources that could scale, seamlessly fit the firm’s culture, and genuinely deliver results. But she couldn’t find what she was looking for.

So, Dori decided to create it herself. That’s how iTrain was born—a technology-focused company built to provide expert, approachable IT training with a deep understanding of the unique needs of legal and professional services. A company designed to adapt to fast-changing operational challenges and help businesses thrive.

  • Remote working: Our employees work from home, eliminating commuting emissions and contributing to a more sustainable work model.
  • Sustainable travel: We minimise business travel wherever possible, prioritising virtual meetings. When travel is essential, we use public transport to reduce our environmental impact.
  • Charity initiatives: Our team participated in a series of charity days, supporting projects across the UK. We worked with organisations such as the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) at Slimbridge, The Wildlife Trust, and The Wilderness Foundation, contributing hands-on to conservation efforts.

Social responsibility

We are deeply committed to supporting our communities and fostering a positive social impact. Our Charity Away Days initiative demonstrates our dedication to giving back, and we continue to seek ways to engage with causes that align to our values of care and collaboration.

Over the years, we’ve provided information about Menopause in the workplace, championed women through speaking at events and acted locally through sponsorship of cricket and football.
