Keoghs worked with iTrain to deliver Elite 3E training and change support that was practical, clear and tailored to how the firm works. The focus was on helping people feel confident using 3E in their day-to-day roles and ensuring the business was ready for a successful go-live.
Training delivery was role-based: finance training was delivered onsite, while file handler training was delivered remotely. Go-live support was provided remotely for both finance teams and file handlers.
Moving from Elite Enterprise to Elite 3E was a significant change. With large numbers of people needing training, it was essential that the approach worked for different roles, levels of experience and locations.
Key challenges included meeting tight deadlines, supporting a firmwide go-live, and ensuring people understood how to use Elite 3E in line with the firm’s processes. Alongside training delivery, the project also required structured support for user acceptance testing (UAT) so that questions, issues and key messages were captured and addressed quickly.
Finance and billing teams needed particular support during go-live and early operational cycles, when pressure was high and system usage was at its busiest. It was also important to provide clear, accessible guidance (including quick reference guides and eLearning modules) and a reliable route for questions during go-live.
The training and support helped Keoghs transition from Elite Enterprise to Elite 3E by the end of December 2025. People across the firm felt better prepared for go-live and had access to clear guidance and responsive support when they needed it most.
Bespoke trainer scripts, quick reference guides, and the eLearning modules reinforced learning and supported consistent ways of working. Structured UAT support ensured tester feedback, questions and key messages were captured and fed back into the change approach.
By combining onsite finance training, remote training for file handlers, tailored learning assets and hands-on remote go-live support, iTrain helped lay strong foundations for the ongoing use of Elite 3E at the firm.
